• The new generations of skateboard, scooter and bmx ready to vindicate themselves in the big finals after the high level shown in the online competitions.

  •  The best Spanish youngsters will face some top international representatives in the fight to be the absolute champion of the Hot Wheels Superchargers.

The Extreme Barcelona which is scheduled to be held on the weekend of September 25 and 26 will be the luxury setting to host the grand finals of the Hot Wheels Superchargers. The junior skateboard, scooter and BMX competitions will have a very high level as the new generations are coming on strong. Already demonstrated after some of the results shown at the Tokyo Olympics, the new generation is going to revolutionize urban sports and the Hot Wheels Superchargers will be further proof of this.

A high-level online qualifier

Hot Wheels Superchargers kicked off in May in an online competition format that brought together more than 160 participants in the four competitions that took place on the official instagram of @urbanworldseries and on the official Hot Wheels Superchargers website, with a 30-second video format in which each of the young riders had to demonstrate their best tricks.

After the selection of finalists and a final phase in voting format these were the winners of each of the categories:

These four winners won their first class ticket to participate in the grand final that will take place at Extreme Barcelona.

Great expectation for the finals

The grand finals of Hot Wheels Superchargers arrive at the Parc del Fòrum on the weekend of September 25 and 26 and given the talent shown by the youngest riders in the online phase, expectations are high.

The finals will be composed of a large number of young riders up to 15 years of age, some of them selected from the finalists of each category and added to some international cracks that could well win the senior category.

The victory will be close and the show is guaranteed. These will be the official schedules for each of the Hot Wheels Superchargers finals to be held at Extreme Barcelona 2021.

Activity for all ages in the Hot Wheels Kids Area at Extreme Barcelona.

The deployment of Hot Wheels Superchargers is not limited to competitions only. The Kids area of Extreme Barcelona will be under the Hot Wheels Superchargers seal and will consist of an open park with easy difficulty modules for those who are taking their first steps in urban sports, a test area for the new Hot Wheels products and to put the icing on the cake a renowned urban artist will be in charge of making a graffiti on the large mural that will capitalize this area.

The countdown to Extreme Barcelona is almost over and the new generations are ready to leave the public speechless.

Perhaps we will see the Olympic champions of the next decade?
