BMX Street returns to Extreme Barcelona with two days of action, spectacle, and adrenaline.
Extreme Barcelona will host on September 5 and 6 at Parc del Fòrum an intense BMX Street program, bringing together some of the best riders from the European scene. The event will combine open format sessions, elimination rounds, and head-to-head battles, with cash prizes and a high technical demand.
Best Trick at the Fòrum stands: the most explosive opening
Action will begin on Saturday, September 5 at 18:00h at the Fòrum stands, with the Best Trick (Open) session. For two hours, any rider can take part without prior registration, turning the spot into an open space for creativity and technical progression.
The format will be a Best Trick session, where each participant will have multiple attempts to land their best tricks at the spot. After the session, a jury will select the 15 most outstanding riders, who will earn a direct pass to the night final.
Street Grand Final: the top 15 fight for the title
Later, between 21:00h and 22:30h, the focus will move to the Street skatepark inside the Extreme Barcelona venue, where the Street Grand Final will take place.
Only the 15 riders who qualified in the previous round will compete in this final battle, where the level is expected to be at its highest. The format will demand consistency, technical precision, and the ability to perform under pressure.
The competition will award a total cash prize of €1,800, distributed as follows:
- 1st place: €1,000
- 2nd place: €500
- 3rd place: €300
Reaching the final is already an achievement, but at this stage all riders compete at full intensity, with a very tight level between them and every attempt potentially making the difference.
