One of the big new features of Extreme Barcelona in 2024 was the arrival of freestyle trampoline. One of the most spectacular disciplines in the world of urban sports arrived at the Parc del Fòrum in the 16th edition of the EB and did not disappoint.
Swede Sebastian Wennmalm was proclaimed world champion in the men’s category. Swiss Robin Steiner, who arrived in Barcelona as the reigning world champion, was unable to defend his title and finished in third place, with silver going to Austrian Evan Rocha.
Maria Petrunicheva took gold in the women’s category, beating Lydia Peltomaki and Viktoria Derschewizki in the final. In the junior category, the winner was Alvin Medailleu, with silver going to Sergey Logovsky and Xavier Plana taking bronze.
