Spanish skateboarding dominated the grand final of Extreme Barcelona, and two of the three podium finishers were Spanish. Valentina Krauel (100.34) and Natalia Muñoz (96.59) took home the gold and silver medals respectively. Czech Laura Zackova (89.3) took home the bronze medal.
If the Europeans dominated the women’s category, the men’s category was a South American affair: Chilean Marcelo Jiménez (156.19) took the gold medal, while Argentines Nacho Lima (145.29) and Joel de Castro (124.11) took silver and bronze.
The street plaza also hosted the grand final of scooter street, a vibrant competition with a full house. Hugo Strauss (181.67), Matis Neyroud (174.51) and Lucas Caballero (168.01) were the members of the podium.
