Returning from vacation in Barcelona will be very different this year. From August 29th to September 7th, the Diagonal Mar shopping center and Parc del Fòrum will feature the best skate, scooter, and urban sports venues with the arrival of Pop Up! Park, a space that will bring Extreme Barcelona to everyone with adrenaline, music, and free activities for the whole family.
A skatepark in a unique location
From August 29th to September 4th, La Terrassa del Mar in Diagonal Mar will feature four areas dedicated to different disciplines, with pump tracks and modules, and the opportunity to take skate and scooter lessons for ages 8 and up. From September 5th to 7th, the action will move to Parc del Fòrum with Extreme Barcelona, one of the most important urban sports festivals in the world. In addition to activities open to all attendees, there will be live music, raffles, and a perfect atmosphere for enjoying the best urban sports with the family.
Pop Up! School: Learn with the Best
Among the highlights of this collaboration between Extreme Barcelona and Diagonal Mar is the Pop Up! School, a skate and scooter school with free workshops taught by specialized instructors and professional riders from Ungravity Academy. Classes will take place from August 29th to September 3rd, from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, in La Terrassa del Mar. To participate, all you need is a desire to learn and enjoy urban sports. Equipment will be provided by the organizers, and admission is free, although places are limited and preferential access is available for those who pre-register. There will also be the Surfskate Sunset Meeting on Saturday, August 30th, where the best riders will put on a display on the Wave Ramp and Pump Track, from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM, under the Mediterranean sunset.
The Opening Party, in Diagonal Mar
The end of the events in Diagonal Mar will kick off the program with Parc del Fòrum as the centerpiece, a move that will feature a grand Opening Party to kick off the official Extreme Barcelona events. On Wednesday, September 4th, from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, more than 200 national and international riders will celebrate the arrival of the most anticipated event with live music, DJs, a Cash4Tricks competition, skate, BMX, and scooter exhibitions, and an urban atmosphere that will mark the beginning of the festival.
With this grand party as the kickoff, from September 5th to 7th, Pop Up! Park will be set up in Parc del Fòrum, as part of the official Extreme Barcelona program. There, visitors can participate in workshops or skate freely in the Pop Up! Park area, morning and afternoon. Admission will remain free and with limited spaces, with priority given to those who pre-register.

Registration has a double reward, as you will be entered into a drawing for €50 gift cards. Once confirmed by email, you will only need to present the QR code received at the Pop Up!
