The Freestyle Trampoline World Championship will once again thrill the public by joining forces with the renowned action sports event Extreme Barcelona in its 2025 edition. Scheduled for September 5-7, the world’s premier freestyle trampoline competition will once again land in Barcelona to crown this year’s World Champions.
This collaboration with Extreme Barcelona marked a significant milestone, introducing a new world championship discipline to the event’s 15-year history. As part of the Urban World Series, freestyle trampoline is once again part of the official urban sports program.
The Parc del Fòrum will be the stage where the best trampoline athletes, from more than 18 countries, will compete for the prestigious title of Freestyle Trampoline World Champion.
In 2024, Sweden’s Sebastian Wennmalm was crowned world champion in the men’s category. Swiss Robin Steiner, who arrived in Barcelona as the reigning world champion, failed to retain his title and finished third, with silver going to Austrian Evan Rocha.
Maria Petrunicheva took gold in the women’s category, defeating Lydia Peltomaki and Viktoria Derschewizki in the final. In the junior category, Alvin Medailleu won, with silver going to Sergey Logovsky and Xavier Plana, who took bronze.
