
The Street Plaza at Extreme Barcelona 2025 was the stage for an unforgettable day, featuring three competitions that had the crowd on their feet: ParaBMX, the Catalan Skate Supercup, and Streetboard. A Sunday full of excitement, talent, and nonstop urban action.
In the ParaBMX Street, victory went to Briton Jack Dumper, who took the gold with a performance full of power and style. Colombian Julián Molina finished in second place, and the bronze went to fellow Briton Daniel Butler, completing a podium of true world-class level.
The Catalan Skate Supercup, held in the morning, brought together the best local riders. In the men’s open category, the win went to Merlin Ortiz, while in the under-16 category Gael Quintana took the top spot, confirming the emerging talent of the Catalan scene. In the girls’ under-16 category, Arlet Pla shone as champion with great consistency on the board.
The finale was the Streetboard, where Spanish riders clearly stood out: Catalan Sergi Nicolás took first place, ahead of Germany’s Mario Kurrle in second, and fellow Spaniard Alex Villanueva in third.
The Street Plaza came alive with every final, cementing Extreme Barcelona as a unique festival where all urban sports disciplines find their place.
